Jeanette,
That's a really nice piece of work there!!
How did you like building all of the pieces first? It looks like the parts went together really well! The fit/finish, as was said earlier, is really nice! I really like the bunk idea too!
Very nice job! Can't wait to see the finished T/D.

Steve - I owe much of the success of the build so far to your shop manual! You'll note a number of key design ideas straight from it - the inner door seals, the whole inside-out method, and... hopefully pics next weekend... the hatch sealing system. Building as much as possible horizontally on a work bench is the only way to go, for me at least. My arthritic back thanks you!

Nightmoves - Yup, I was just noting this weekend that the pile of uncut plywood in the garage is getting mighty small! Thanks for all the kind words.

Gage - I'm pondering the idea of a small teardrop garage/shelter. I'll just have to tough it out this winter, though. I appreciate your pats on the back.

Mike - The problem for me with plugging the holes is that I only have 1/8" skins on the outside. I think I got the trim thing figured out. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Again, thanks everyone! I'm overwhelmed by all your great comments!

Just imagine when you look around and all the "pieces" are on the trailer and not laying all over the garage. It is a good feeling. :)

Keep up the good work.
