I was surfing on here a while back and ran across a galley pic I liked, I saved it and I don't remember whose galley it was. Can anyone identify it for me? It has a castiron two-burner stove on a slide-out cabinet on the left, Coleman cooler in the center and a sink on the right side. If I could figure out how to post the pic I would.....sorry. [/img]

BCK...if you saved it from this site, then it is properly sized for posting...click on the "album" at the top of this page, scoll down to center of page, where is says "your personal gallery" and click onit, click on browse and locate picture on your PC and click onit, give it a name and click on submit and it will be uploaded to your album...or try reading "help with photos"........the galley you describe could be one of dozens...

I want to start a business building 5x10's in this exact design, with your permission, and selling them locally. Since you came-up with this plan I figured I better ask before proceeding. If you don't mind I would like more specfic demensions and design plans.

Blue_Collar_Kuztoms I'm afraid I don't work from plans. I just start cutting wood and hope for the best.
Over the wekend I'll take some pictures with a ruler next to things so you can see the dimensions. If you want a lot of pictures I can mail you a CD otherwise I'll put some on my website.
I did draw out the profile of the trailer on the plywood. It's made from 3 radius's and 1/4 of an ellipse. I have the dimensions if you need them.

I think to make money you'll need to simplify my design. I spent 5 months time and $7,000.00 in materials. A Camp-inn sells for about $11,000.
Things like the curved door frames made out of Oak were very expensive.
There is more scrap than finished product in a piece like that.
Every single piece of wood was saturated with epoxy sealer and I used epoxy for the glue. I fiber glassed the bottom to make that waterproof.
I know it was way overkill but I want this thing to last for my grandkids.
I spent $800 on epoxy. You don't have to do stuff like that.

To bad we are not closer to each other. You could come take a look.

Hey Malcolm,

I appriciate all the help. I'm thinking of using an alum. sided Benroy exterior with LP tanks mounted on front for the cast iron stove. I like your galley setup enough that I plan to duplicate it (with your permission). The way you have designed it everything seems to be in the right place and flow together well. I'm using a 2.5ft. radius for the frt top, 3ft for the rear top and 6in. for both bottoms. the bottom radius will flip down to store a table and chairs or whatever I want.
