I didn't have much time to talk with the judge about his decision,
but he did say it was a tough choice, based on the contest requirement.

Thats a great photo and it brings back great memories.

I was just wondering was there a applause meter used to judge this contest. Because I think we all know who's meter was at the IRG (I don't want to mention any name so I'll just mention their initials...Rocky). Hey I'm just asking. ;)
