Is that a 2 or 3 burnner stove you're using?

I want to ask a question about those fans in that galley. Are they ventilation for the cabin with the galley shut, and if so how well do they work?
Mopar's what my busted knuckles bleed, working on my 318s...

The fans do work with the hatch shut but I had to cheat a bit.
There is no weather strip at the bottom of the hatch so I have a 3/8" by 5 foot opening for the air to get out of the galley.
I was afraid that when driving in the rain some water might blow up into the galley but that didn't happen.
I works well.
The fans are 4" computer fans and they are quite loud. I had to put a speed controller on them. I have the on/off switch and the speed controll knob mounted by the head of the bed.

I got all your instructions written down but haven't done it yet. I wasn't suppose to work on the house Friday. But I did :x
Plus I almost bought another. Thank God that didn't work out. $>
