is there a best spot for most campgrond electrical. And would you change it's placement after camping in it?

Wasted a ton of daylight setting up camp, checking to see if MY electrical system was OK, checking, breakers, figuring out it was the pole, moving my camp 5 sites down. By the time I was setup, it was too dark to explore.I'll probably never say it again but, "Thank God, my wife brought a hair dryer." That was the only thing we had to plug into the pole.

There are a couple in "camping secrets". I don't remember if plug up needs are covered. Here it is.
