We have camped in the Keys many times in all seasons, and it is always pleasant. It doesn't really get very hot down there, and it never gets cold. You need to camp out in the Dry Tortugas - best camping experience of my life!

Any suggestions on which campground to use? [Electrical only needed]

Three things ...
OK. I can ride a motorcycle. I can run an offset press. I can fieldstrip an M-16 with my eyes shut.

 Let's see if my CRS (can't remember sh*t) will kick in! Now a days I have a hard time remembering what went on yesterday!?

1. Married 31 years past May, two kids, one finally out one a senior.

2. 23 years U.S. Navy

3. Currently working for Blackwater USA, training the trainers to help protect OUR COUNTRY.

Maybe I will remember more later, I guess I try to block most of the seriously dangerous stuff out most of the time. :applause: :guzzle:

Yea, but do you have an offset press in your basement? I almost bought one many years ago... that was before I started playing with computers... :lightbulb:

Laredo do they still have the little cafe at the Sale barn (cattle auction barn)
in West were when you order ham in the morning for breakfast you get half a pig we use to stop there a couple times a month what a greatplace to eat if you don't mind the smell.

Levelland hasn't got a sale barn. Lubbock does but the city made 'em shut down the cafe.

West Texas. Haven't been to West, but it sounds like a place I'd like.
Eaten at sale barn cafes in Lubbock, Amarillo, Pecos and Lovington NM.

Almost ran into a tornado in West. The radio said that a tornado was spotted East of West. I remember because we made fun of that. I had no idea where we were in relation to West. When I happened to pass an SUV with about a hundred antennas on it and I saw "Tornado Chase Vehicle" on the side I figured that we were near West.

When it started to hail, we stopped at the Turkey Stop. It was kinda a bad deal because a bunch of other cars parked and pinned us in. If the tornado did come, we would have been stuck. Oh, and it was night time so we probably wouldn't have known it was coming till it was already there.

I've really been trying to think of some off the wall comments for this thread. Everyone seems to lead a much more exciting lifestyle than I have. But thats OK. I like life going along without much drama.
1. Been married 25 years next week. Got married 5 days after I turned 18, he was 20. Happy days since! God knew what he was doing when he put us together!
2.I've been to see the boy band NSYNC 4 times in concert. I took my daughters and some of their friends around to pop rock concerts one summer from Kansas City to Dallas. We saw lots of groups from 98Degrees to NSYNC to the Bloodhound Gang to Ricky Martin. We logged thousands of miles on my car and had a ball! That was several years ago, and the girls still talk about it. (I can still sing all of the NSYNC songs!)
3. I was made an honorary member of our local FFA group last year. I will be invited to the banquet every year now until I die. They are a great group of kids and I love being included in all their activities!!

This is a great thread! It's surprising info about some of you!
