One Year!

One year, that is how long it has been, one full year. I joined this forum on Sep. 29, 2005 and I'm just starting to make sawdust! Gage, I'm definitely on teardrop time. I'm still not sure if I'm discouraged about so little progress or encouraged by my ADD-addled brain sticking to one subject for so long. Newbies take note and don't despair, you can always point to me and think, at least I'm faster than that guy. It has been fun to leisurely change my design and let gradual persistence wear down my patient wife's objections; I think she is almost looking forward to seeing the final product. Thanks to you all it has been a very enjoyable diversion. Time to make some mistakes with wood instead of pencil. This time next year I WILL have been camping in my teardrop.

So Greg, which design are you going forth with? And hey, you don't have to have it finished by next year unless you plan on building another one. Think about it.

I feel your pain. It is one year this month that I bolted my HF frame together. It's still folded and standing in the garage.

Reading your thread made me go and find out when I joined this forum. One year ago this month. I have made a small pile of sawdust though. I'll post some pictures in a day or two.
