I recently sent my brother an email and closed with, "Make them laugh or Make them cry. either will ensure they remember you." He wanted to know where I got it. I told him that I just thought it up. Has anyone heard it before?

Never hear of it before. Did a quick search on Google with no real hits. Looks like it might be an original.
