Let's hope it's somewhere inbetween the two extremes. Last month, my wife pooh pooh'd me when I mentioned taking a heater. Then, Saturday, when she was in the camper helping me decide on curtain lengths, she said "we'll freeze in this thing". She can't make up mind what kind of weather she thinks we'll have.

It's just about 4 weeks away, and I still haven't decided on what to bring or make for pot luck. I'm still leaning towards my hamburger beans. We don't want to have to make something at home and try to keep it fresh for two days.

I just checked the booking for Anastasia. They are booked solid that weekend except for 13 "walkup" sites available on a first come-first serve basis. It's my understanding that they will not be reserved.

Four of those are in Coquina Loop where we'll be, one between my site and that of David, one beside Steve, and one across from Ira. Here's the map updated with those sites marked. You'd probably have a better chance of getting one if you arrived on Thursday, rather than Friday.

Nice job on the map Dale. I still feel that there will be more trailers attending the gathering that have not posted yet. So please post your site numbers so we can find everyone in the group. We don't want to leave anyone out.

Another question from a newbie: is anybody bringing guitars,banjos,mandolin,etc.? I love to pick and grin around a fire,but not solo - it's more fun when several people play.That way,when my short-term memory loss kicks in,somebody else will think of a song

I am still getting e-mails from others attending the gathering. Apparently they are getting gathering information from Grant's destination web page. I have no idea how many teardroppers wil be there, other than what Dale has has provided on the map posted on this site. This could turn out to be like Little Talbot. People just show up for the gathering. It will be fun
