Here are 10 things we love about Election Day:
10 Joking around with the poll workers about bribes.
9 Leaving a box of crayons in the voting booth, with instructions on how to use them on the touch-screen voting machine.
8 After all those slimy TV political ads, looking forward to your favorite hygene, used car and screaming announcer type commercials.
7 Sleeping till 10, going out to eat pancakes, then telling your boss: "I'm late because there were long lines at my precinct."
6 Writing in your best friend's name on a ballot in hopes of getting them back on some sort of "reality" TV show.
5 Nothing says "party" like beer, pickle juice, nachos with chili dip and watching election returns on HDTV.
4 Voing YES on the constitutional amendment that will end all stories about Madonna adopting a Third World child.
3 Winning a bet that you can eat your favorite regional food while voting.
2 Hearing that the most prominant crooked politician in your area will soon be leaving office to work for the very people that didn't "corrupt" him/her.
And the number one thing to love about Election Day:
1 Showing the rest of the world what a privilege it is to live in a democracy; or least participting in the "best elections results money can buy."
