I had a company truck in '96, a '96 Ranger extended cab, 4 WD, V6 automatic, and althought I didn't have any trouble with it, I hated that truck. Used to do a lot of driving in West Texas and if the wind was blowing at all, it would not run 70 miles per hour in overdrive by itself. Hate to think of what it would have been like pulling even a teardrop. Consequently, it got horrible gas mileage. I didn't drive the truck long...changed jobs, but it turned me off to Found On Road Deads ever since. (This was my experience, but your mileage may vary.)
