Frame advice

I am finally in the detail planning stages(getting estimates together and I found this company that makes custom trailers. I know Doug is coming out with a tutorial and this may have been answered already but beside the following items what should I request as additional item? I am going to build a Generic Benroy (thinking 6wx12lx5h). I have a CAD(Google Sketch) drawing just can't figure out how to attach it here

tabs for securing floor (3 in each side 8 total)
led lighting
7 prong connector
plates for mounting leveling jacks(1 in each corner)
plate w/cage on tongue for mounting propane tank

It looks like what you're planning will work great! The only thing I can think of is to have them weld a couple loops to the frame to use for securing a cover over the trailer or to use a cable to lock it to a tree or similar object. A loop in back will allow you to cable it to something without having to turn it around and lock it to the tongue. In real bad weather those loops can be used to tie a tarp to.
