Best wishes for her, Nubwon!

I've got it in mind, but need to see if it's really doable, the drive, the gas, the kids, etc..... Luckily the son's band concert is the weekend before.

I think doing a little Dirty Santa gift exchange might be fun, all depends on how many... otherwise I'm up for just a relaxing weekend with LOTS of campfire!!!! (to keep warm)

I went to Ray Roberts camping area after work on Saturday... We are in for a treat!! It was gorgeous up there. Many of their cites are right on the lake (wonderful, wonderful lake views). In my opinion, Quail Run had the best views. If we all request the same area at check-in, we won't be too far from each other in Quail Run (...or any of the camping areas for that matter.)

Have a Super-great Thanksgiving!

Darn Darn Darn
We tried to get things changed but that is the only week end that Trudy's kids can have Christmas so we can't make it. Trudy was looking forward to cooking too. We'll be there in spirit though and miss you all.

That's a bummer. :( I was really hoping to talk with you, and I wanted to see a Winter Warrior in person. Maybe we'll cross paths at another meet.

Well, I hope everyone can make it there safely!! I just got booked for Thursday as well.

Here's another tip.

If you get there and Quail Run is full, then choose Deer Ridge. Prime sites on the lake: 56, 57, 58, 59, 66-75 (Any site across the road from these will give you bit of a view of the lake>)

I don't know if we'll be able to make it, but if nothing else we'll come up on Saturday...

I cannot say yes to the date ( work Christmas Party that Sunday ) for the Gathering. I'm still working on the trailer ( need to buy a digital camera better than the small one I have $$$$). I will need to take some pictures of what I have done ( one of those disposable cameras I guess after processing film 1/3 the cost of a digital camera ??? ).

I will see where I'm at on the build getting closer to that date.  :worship:
Maybe? :worship:

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving to all on the Forum!
