Help with opoxy

I hope i havent chewed more then i can handle i've orded my dye and opoxy from woodworkers and should be ariving soon Doug said i should find out more before i start. can anyone give me some advice?
I dont know were to go to find out how this is done i though it would be simple but i guess it is not.
