Squirrely the Woner Cat 1995-2006

Postby kuffelcreek » Wed Dec 06, 2006 9:26 pm

Alas, Squirrely the Wonder Cat, the little guy who's helped thousands of first-time trailer owners learn how to back up a trailer, was killed by a car last weekend.

We look forward to Gods Kingdom where "He will remove all of their sorrows, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. For the old world and its evils are gone forever." (Revelation 21:4)

Thanks to all you guys who've written in support of us and our plans. I don't get to post much but I do read once in a while. It warms our hearts to see all the people sitting in their Cubbys just like we did when we first built ours.

God Bless you all and have a wonderful Christmas.

Sorry to hear about your loss--but how did he help people backing up their trailers?

And oh yeah--that TD in my Avatar started out as a Cubby with legally purchased plans from you,.

But then I found this site and totally lost my mind.

I am so sorry to hear about Squirrely the Wonder Cat. I just bought plans Kuffle Kreek a few weeks ago and got a laugh at the backing a trailer tutorial with the Wonder Cat. Pets are such an important part of the family. Best Wishes to you guys and my deepest sympathies for your loss.

Oh no not Squirley! We have a kitty too and he was a big part of our Cubby build. When he would come around to do his inspections of our work for fun we called him Squirley the wonder cat.

Those are our Cubby plans the boys are going over. Thank you so much for those plans. It was a great project and a fun build. Your manual was not only well written but humorous with Squirley and Mr. Whiskers adding their help. We are so sorry for your loss.

Look how organized all of those wrenches are! That make no sense at all--they're all hanging in size order.

I bet you he neatened them all up just for the picture.

That's really quite simple, that big one is a special lefthanded wrench.

I just noticed something else:

He has a license plate hidden there where Weasel is spelled "Weasal."

Aren't digital cameras great for detail! that picture was taken near the beginning of our build so things look nice and neat at the moment. On the wall to the left is a workbench where his scraps that he can't bear to part with build up. Going to that bench is inviting disastor! You can kinda see a part of it here.

On our first campout with the tear I did get him to part with a barrel of it. Made for a toasty campfire!

Yup his license plate is WEASAL. Incorrect spelling because N. Dakota has more than one weasel
