Ironically, I still have a "kit" to make some homebrew Coopers Ale... God only know it it's still any good... I've had it since 1990. Hey... the can hasn't blown up yet? May still be OK?

Your gut can take it...go ahead and brew it up!!! As I recall, the Coopers kit has the hops in the malt, you just boil it, put it in a carboy, throw in some yeast and call it beer!!! If it don't taste right...give it a new name (something like "Bricks Outhouse Ale") and enter it into a local brew club contest.

Oh Yeah... I've sure done some of that. I'd brew up a batch... and if I didn't really like it, I'd bottle it and make up some wild labels (I was in the graphics & printing business) and just give it all away... Impressed the snot outa some of my customers! Of course... I drank the good stuff.

With a name like mine, I just had to make some "Bricks $hithouse Ale" labels.

Rick... There is a World Market stor about 85 miles away in Orange Park, FL. But, I looked at the website and all I see is coffee, tea and mixers? Nothing like any alcoholic beverages? You know sumething I don't know?

Well Paul, seeing that I like to brew my own beer, I always need to do a little research(maybe alot if it is good) for my next batch. Since I keg beer I also have the ability to have beer on tap at the same time I have Margaritas on tap. ooops secrets out

Good stuff. I've a bunch of "big beers" in my basement, including some Extra Strong Vintage Ale. I'll need to get more of that to replenish what's missing. Had some of the Extra Stout, didn't find it all that wonderful.
