AND THE WINNER IS.....

Postby doug hodder » Sat Jan 13, 2007 10:40 am

Well....THE MOST OUT OF CONTROL SHOP CONTEST for 2006 is over. I would like to personally thank you all for posting your photos and participating. It may be difficult to admit that you work in such conditions, but the fact is that not everyone has a Norm Abrahms shop to work in. Hopefully everyone got a chance to see what other builders deal with but most importantly have some fun and a chuckle.

After considerable deliberation from our esteemed panel of 4 non-partisan judges, who have a combined total of 12400 posts and 7.2 years of experience on the forum, it was determined through numerous PM's that
MICRO is the winner. Not only does he have an out of control shop, he was actually trying to do something constructive in it...and in the end, it may have caused him to actually clean it up!!! Check his album for full effect...only posting 1 photo here.

It was not an easy decision, and all of the photos were certainly contenders. John...please PM me with your mailing address so I can get your prize to you...what'll it be, a gift card or a Money Order, Certified Check...sorry USD...not Canuck!! Thanks again everyone...Doug

Hello Everyone,
This is John's wife.
Thanks a lot............ you are encouraging bad behaviour. He is strangely proud of this. Now I will never get him to clean it up. I am typing this in his office - do you have a contest for the messiest office - we could use the money.
Since I have to put up with this, I am going to use the money to buy a new pair of shoes!!!!!

Congratulations John, don't spend it all in one place unless it's on the tear.
Pay it forward and the world would be a better place.

Of course he is proud. If you check, I brag about my win last year at the end of every post..........

Cograts John, welcome to the "club". Since there are two of us winners now, doesn't that make it a "club"..??
