Damn.

I never saw the show, I wanted to get into it this year, the description in the TV guide looked great...

But every time they show that Iceman hitman guy, Kuziniski, I can't take my eyes off it watched that for the 10th time again tonight.

Rome also premiered its second season tonight, but I don't know why the networks don't do the same thing with hit shows like HBO does. Show them AGAIN during the week, even if it's at a late hour.

I gotta learn how to use my DVD recorder so I don't have to bother my wife.
Here we go again!

...Jack is back...and with a vengeance, I can't wait for tomorrow night and the rest of the best drama that TV has ever produced...my only complaint is having a show end and having to wait a week for the next...you will never pass a faster hour watching TV

24

This show is so addictive.

I love the writing .... Jack will be more introspective this year cause of his
supposed China prison time. It was sort of shown in the second hour of the
two hour start. When they were in the house and needed to get some info
from one Arab. This shows how the writers are great to take into account
Jacks difficulties about giving torture now that he is back.

I saw K. Sutherland on Charlie Rose the other night give some hints and
perspectives and it was so good to see. Kind of fleshes out my view of what
this season will bring.

This series is great. You have to watch every minute or you will miss some
detail. So don't miss any ... TIVO or record other programs or just don't miss Jack.

6th season ...

Start tonight Ira or forget it. It is fast moving and so don't leave the TV too
far cause as soon as the program comes back on it is moving at breakneck
speed.

Ira...special 4 hour season premire...2 last nite, 2 to-nite...nad as Steve said, the show moves VERY FAST so don't miss anymore...all you really need to know is that Jack is the govt's #1 anti-terorism agent and that many of the folks on the show have past history with Jack...notably, Bill Buchanon, Chloe, the President and Curtis just to name a few...also at the end of last season, Jack was given into the hands of the Chinese for various political reasons and 2 years have passed since, with Jack being tortured by them...he didn't speak for the whole 2 years they had him...(Iknow, I know, it's not real, it's a TV show...)

Crap!

I wanna see last night's two episodes FIRST!

If I have my wife record tonight's episodes, any chance they'll be replaying those first two in less than a month?

Ira:

They may do the episodes again on some channel but it is hard to know
what hour before hand. That is they have a 24 hour day so 24 episodes.
We watched two episodes last night and if you are at this very moment
9PM EST watching the second of two episodes tonight or the 4th hour in the
24 hour clock you are in the groove by now. And if like most of us the
hOOK is set and Ira is part of Jack's cult following by now.

I have a tough time figuring out when the do reruns of the show where
they are hooking into it and what season they are showing by the
explanation on the TV. Good luck finding that info out. Maybe someone else
has a good way of figuring that out?

I find myself getting tense and nervous when 24 is on and just got to watch
it ... If I miss an hour ... I feel as a junkie would feel that has lost his fix.
Cause I know they don't make it easy for we who mess uP and miss a
night of Jack. The show is unforgiving that way. ONLY saving grace is in the
first 1.5 Min they give a quick recap of the last hour. So grab a hold and
get back into the fray with Jack. Sorta like jumping onto a horse bareback
and grabbing its mane jumping a flame.
