Now that is unique - By the way those are 42 - 46 Chevrolet headlights too. And at least the front fenders if not the back ones as well but not quite sure.

I did a search for "UTE hotrods" and came up with that one. I was just guessing it was a UTE from your part of the world? I know they built some pretty wild Holdens and others after the war... Often using earlier years stamping dies from US cars. There are some really strange looking cars down under unlike anything we ever saw in the US. Now that I look closer at that site... It is from a Long Beach, CA swap meet in '04. So It must have been a custom ride? Maybe they chopped a Panel truck and put an old coupe rear window in it? Sure is different!

I like this ute. Nothing like taking a $50,000 car (used price) and turning it into a pickup truck. Doesn't look like this is a hack job either. There was a lot of fab work involved into making a BMW "El Camino" This guy is either hardcore or has more dollars than sense.

Whew! That guy has to have a bundle tied up in that one.

Rocky, they have built some killer utes but they also built this-
