Anna is dead

Her's wasn't even fat tissue. It was bought and payed for way back during her dancing days. They said that she'd had problems with them for many years though.

I must admit, she was hot back in her Guess and Playboy days.

I remember what someone told me when a famous (and apparently nice) woman died, a loss which bummed me out.... his response was: 'well, she was a party girl, anyway' (she was 36 y/o). Thought that was a real stupid thing to say about someone who had lost her life, and had done more good for significant world-wide causes in a week than I probably would in my whole life.........

Anyway, we only get one, and whether it is a person or a pet, I hate to see it wasted. I hope it wasn't drugs. There is the possiblity it may have been genetic, but I'm sure we will find out... over and over and over.

My opinion...but she was a wreck looking for a place to happen, and in light of all the other issues in her life, does this really come as a surprise to anyone? What I find interesting is the whole world is about to come apart, potentially, and there are so many people in this world concerned about a real non issue...kinda like Nero fiddling while Rome burned...anyone wanna take a bet on the next one...Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie, or Brittany? sorry, just how I see it....Doug :(

Ya know Jim...I didn't even think about that when I posted it...but you can also throw Whitney Houston, and any other number of potential basket cases etal into the mix if that helps even it out, sorry, can't name them as I don't pay much attention to it all....nothing against blonds...actually Britanny is a very smart lady when it comes to business...don't know if she has the common sense to take care of herself in her personal life however...whadda you think? doug

You know what? I turned my tube on and not a single person said Anna cheated on her husband. Not a single person. How does that compare with most of the fast crowd?

Most said she loved him. Why is that so bad?

Yeah Rich I really believe there is a set of doctors out there prescribing what ever she needed to keep it going. I don't think she offed herself intentionally. I do think she got depressed, forgot and took one too many pills or she was dosed.

I think all of the ones mentioned got too much too soon. They are not mature enough to have that much money, freedom and popularity. Most of the ones mentioned are young and rich. Could be poor parenting, lack of responsibility or surrounding themselves with the wrong people.

Regardless, it is a waste to see someone with so much going for them fall. Be it death, jail or drugs.

Lindsey Lohan is another.

At least Whitney Houston dumped Bobby Brown, she has that going for her.

As for the rest, eh tell me why they are famous? Oh, yeah for being party girls. That will catch up to you if you keep on that path.

I kind of liked her:

She was a total nut--but I DO believe a lot of that was acting. And I contradict myself I guess by also saying I think she self-medicated quite a bit.

I don't know. This woman took a lot of crap just for not acting like the sharpest knife in the drawer, and because she was beautiful. Who knows the whole story, but I feel sad about it.

(And don't feel bad, guys--I didn't get the joke in the title of this thread EITHER!)

Profound! That says it all.
For someone who wanted to be another Marilyn Monroe she never hit the mark in my opinion. Too bad, 39 is too young to die. Danny

I'm finding this thread interesting, not for the topic per se, but for what it says about the personalities of the post writers.

Given my own life history, I've got enough of my own baggage and "I'm lucky to be alive" stories, that I'm not all that critical about how someone else has lived their life. I can not say I agreed with the way she lived her life, but I certainly will not say she deserved to die, as some here apparently think she did.

And I can not honestly say that if I were to be given access to the life style she had that I would be pure as the driven snow... many average Joe's have gone down the toilet after winning millions in the lottery.

Arne...I don't believe anyone said that she "deserved" to die, just that her chosen lifestyle put her in a high risk category, and sooner or later, it'll catch up to her. Another example of taking personal responsiblity or not. Doug
