I starting to build my first teardrop I plan to keep webshots up to date as I progress, I got the trailer frame built and some wiring done so far I'm
ready now to install floor and sides I made the axle from a rear axle of a
junk Grand Am

I am using a benroy style plan except I added a foot well and an under floor battery box

Looks like you're off to a good start. One thing I would suggest since you used those long springs is a set of shocks. I think your going to find it will bounce on the springs a lot more than on trailer springs. I drove a car once with no rear shocks ind it was a lot like riding a buck board, up and down, up and down. Bout made me sea sick. It won't hurt anything like it is but it might telescope to the car and get awfully annoying.

good looking well thought out frame. Love the use of a salvage rear axle there has been a lot of discussion about how to utilize auto parts on the frames. [img]
