Ha! I'm moving to Costa Rica. Imagine not being charged for something if you defend yourself. If that happened here the ex soldier would have been arrested for something. :roll:

No Kidding! Then the muggers family would sue the old guy for looking like a tempting target and enticing the mugger to act out.

Didn't something similar happen to Sonny Liston in Vegas a number of years ago? Some guy tried to hold him up and he decked him...I think that is who it was...Doug

There are a lot of us out here who are retired military and some of them are some really "bad ass" folk. That old man who the young thug goes after may be an ex seal, green beret etc. You never know. My old beret is off to that gentleman for what he did.
