Sadly even if it could be cleaned up more, there is too much corrosion and it will cost a minimum $120 for an okay job.

Does anyone know of a way to have these re-made using the original as a template?

Don't forget the easy way to make the CNC model - put your existing nameplate on a scanner and then draw over the scan. If you want help with that, PM me.
