Heikki,

I used a router to cut the wire grooves in my insulation (pink foam stuff). It worked great and didn't melt the insulation at all. Kerry's right though, little pink chunks go flying all over.

Okidoki after long and serious .....Ol Brain work... Since the styro is already installed tight and secure.....I came up with a dustless solution to it all.... :lol:

I took a 50 centimeter long copper tubing, 16mm in diameter ...Took a mini butane torch.... and with a quickly wooden made handle onto the copper tubing and started to heat the thing up..... :twisted:

After getting it to a fair heat.. I placed the copper tubing onto the styro..
for not very longtime at all... and bingo... I had a nice clean groovy groove..

and as I got towards the back I bent the tubing to the radius of the back of tear... :thumbsup:

Plain and simple ...And ... it worked... slick as.... :thumbsup:

a few times of doing the same in the areas where the wiring was to go and Im set.. And no dust to speak of... and no fires either. :lol:

Neighbors were happy ..I think since they are sleepin ..

I be done...just like branding a steer...
