Scott,
Put us down for tamales also please. That will be Charles' contribution and NO he won't be making them.
This is the only Mexican food he eats and that happens about once a year. He said he brought them last year. So, I guess since it's been a year he can have some again.

If I have enought of a trailer finished I might try a DO cobler ( with some help I hope , i have never made cherry cobler before so why not ). :D

Lots to do on the trailer to make it weather proof :snow :snowstorm:

This week :hammer: :designing: :hammerhead: :embarassed: :phew:

I willing just not ready.

Pat

P.S.
I haven't made too many pictures of the trailer build ( parts purchase instead of a camera ) yet but I know there will be enought cameras at the park to see the beginning and frame with walls. If I'm lucky enought to have it towable by then.

Well I'm off. Let me officially be the first to leave for Beaver's Bend 5AM 3/22 :)
Yes I know I'm a week early but I'm going to have fun this trip. Plan on camping my way there and seeing some nice country. Green grass will be nice. Everything is brown here Even the piles of snow that are left.
I will check in when I get to Durant If I'm not too busy with my little grandson.
Later

We're also bringing the trimmings for fajita's...tortillas, pico de gallo...
We made these at Canton one time, people thought we were selling them, pestered the heck out of us...

I've been waiting to post what dish we are bringing but we havn't decided yet. And it shouldn't be all that tough a decision! It will probably be a D.O. dish with chicken, I think. But that was yesterday, it could've changed by now. One thing I do know, we're ready for a gathering! Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones!

Fried Pickles? Tasty!

Battered and Fried Twinkies? They sell them in Vegas. They're just wrong on so many levels.
