"Steve Frederick I'll give out extra, free waffles for all New Yorkers!!!
Proof of citizenship not required!" :D

Cool....free waffles. OK, I am claiming my residence back. Western NY, Erie county, Hamburg.
What time do I show up for the food?

After I looked up quorum in the dictionary,(don't know why I didn't know the meaning of that word!) Diane and I are definately up for pot-luck brunch! How 'bout it Dave and Kate? It was a lot of fun at last years TearDown. Besides, who can pass up Steve's waffles? Seems we have former NYer's coming out of the woodwork now just to get a taste!! :woohoo:

Did someone say "margarita duty"?
In October 2006 the south central area had the first annual Louisiana Cypresswood Gathering, which started out as a birthday weekend away for Mad Jack and somehow evolved into a gathering of 37 trailers and about 100 people. One of the stars of the event (other than the people, wildlife, and Charles Ipes in a kilt) was someone's homemade margarita machine. Hard to describe, but included a never-used garbage disposal, some PVC pipe, and a spout. Laissez les bon temps rouler!

If anyone feels like heading south, plans are already in the works for LCGII, October 26-28 at Lake Bistineau State Park (Louisiana).

I'll volunteer for Bloody Mary duty from 7:00am till 9:00am. I love to get up early and start my sausage and eggs (and Steve's waffles) with a good bloody Mary.

Have Blender, will travel.

Yah.. we have to break past our record of 15 trailers last year.... same number so far for this year.

Mind you once the snow is gone we might get a few more out of the woodwork.

Who are we missing from last year?

And what ever happened to Norm Roy??

PS. Fish Creek opens in a mere 17 days!

I predict that there is a real good chance you will break last year's 15 trailers.

Are you Chuck from last year with the Silver Shadow? And does this mean you are going to make it again this year?

Dave- Have you heard from Arne & Shirley, Ray & Debby, Tom S, or Doug?

Hello everyone. We have been on this site for a couple of weeks now and find it very friendly, interesting, and informative. I am probably going to Ohio this weekend to look at and possibly purchase a new Yoter toter. If we get it we will be going to Fish Creek to meet you guys and camp for the weekend. What could be bad about people who deliver bloody mary's to your campsite first thing in the morning.

Nothing, just friendly and on Teardrop Time.

Hope it works out for you. You'll be happy you did.
