Global Warming Hah!...this is much more alarming!!!!

Granted I've only been on this planet for 53 years, but I've noticed a large difference in the gravitational pull that this planet has. It has gotten much stronger in the last 10 years, and it affects us all regardless of what we drive or how we recycle.

I first noticed this phenomenon when it actually pulled the hair out of the top of my head, other clues are the fact that wrinkles are starting to appear in my forehead and the start of a jowl effect on my cheeks, albeit small. Other facts I've noted is that I can no longer run as fast as I used to and my legs feel much heavier than previously...Has anyone else noticed this change?

Just this evening when working in the garage, it became quite apparent when I dropped a tool and I noticed that it fell much faster than the usual 32' / sec. sq'd. as I couldn't catch it before it hit the ground like I used to be able to.

I believe this to be of major concern to everyone since there is so much talk about todays children being "heavier" than in the past. Just what type of world are we leaving for tomorrows generation?...Kids that can't pick up a TV remote since it weighs too much? They will have no idea of what a 12 oz curl actually is.

Increased gravity is directly resonsible for todays kids having to wear helmets/ pads when riding bikes as they will hit the ground much harder than we did as kids...and is also responsible for teens pants for sagging like they do...

People of means, ie celebrities, will be able to fight this problem via face lifts...(Joan Rivers, and probably Hillary in the future...etc...) but where does that leave the rest of us...since we don't have the same kind of money to throw at the situation to correct it...the drug Viagra was developed specifically for this problem.

Now is the time for all good men/women to come to the aid of the increased gravitational pull...We must stop this problem regardless of the cost to anyone, if not...the earth will collapse upon it's own weight.

I have to agree, I've noticed a serious increase in what I weigh over the past few years and I know I haven't put on any weight but it seems like I just keep pushin down harder on the scale.
It's getting harder to lift my arms over my head, they just seem to be much heavier than they used to be.
Even a shovel full of dirt is much heavier than I remember it.
I know it is much harder to get up off the ground than ever before and that's just gotta be the increase in the gravity I'm feeling.
If someone doesn't address this issue and figure a way to reverse it soon we're all in for a world of hurt.
I'm not sure how much more my body can take.

Doug,

Come to think of it I have noticed it too. Like if you drop something it is much harder to pick up now that in years past.

The other day I had to pick up a ten pound bag of flour and I think ten pounds weighs more than it used too.

What you said all makes sense. Now I'm worried. Another one is those young girls that can't get their pants pulled up enough and the tops don't go down far enough. :NC

Dan...Immediately write to Ted Kennedy...increased gravity was directly responsible in John Jr's demise and look at what the ravages of increased gravity has done to Ted...I'm sure he is on board with this global situation and already has a "blue ribbon panel" investigating it...Doug

When you were a kid and fell 2 feet from a chair it wouldn't hurt much. That would be equivelant to falling 4ft in grown up size. Falling 4ft nowadays will hurt something.

When I was a kid, I'd roll out of bed and not even wake up. Now, I'd definitely notice.

gravity...definately gravity...it can doppler shift as it moves around the planet..note that the trash can isn't affected by it, if it were global warming, it would have puddled also, unusual?..I don't think so....It's a wiley force, we are just beginning to understand it's effect...sometimes it just appears when you least expect it...like your keys falling to the floor, what caused that? Excessive gravity at that moment....a doppler shift in the gravity locally...that's what does it!!!...

If we were all able to really understand this force and how we can deter it's certain effect on the planet, the better off we will all be...and to begin with...that guy should have been cited for parking whatever vehicle it was on a sidewalk...I hope he is doing time for illegal parking and for dumping hazardous waste, and I'd bet he didn't have a liscense to distribute fattening frozen dairy treats to unsuspecting youngsters, only adding to their problems, ... .Doug

    Doug,
As one who has always Questioned Authority, I hesitate to believe your simple anecdotal proofs given to date. I must require addition scientific proofs, especially on your 'doppler shift theory.' Please hurry before the world falls though space. BTW, could this have anything at all to do with recent upside down turn of the earth reported recently?
    Sceptically yours,
    AKTD

Nope, doesn't have anything to do with the "upside down" earth theory....and honestly...I don't know about that, as I'm only fueled on my own gravity agenda at least for tonight...who knows, tomorrow it may change, does with other groups, why not me?. I also question authority...I guess it just depends on who you determine to be the authority....

STOP EXCESSIVE GRAVITY NOW !!!!! the sagging butt you save may be yours!!! I'm sure that others of you out there have had similar experiences with excessive gravity in the last few years...please join in on our cause!!!!

I'm currently soliciting specific celebrities to support this cause...Oprah might, depends on what diet she's on...Kirstie Alley (sp?) is definate maybe...Fats Domino, (is he still alive?)....Nicoll Richie is right out, Joan Rivers, a definate yessss....Fatty Arbuckle would have, but died a long time ago...doug

I heard back from Slim Pickens....he's not interested, either is Twiggy, and Slim Whitman is out also....Liz Taylor hasn't replied yet...Sally Struthers is a maybe, but wants a deal with KFC to endorse my cause....won't you join? I'm sure if I get some Celebs on board that you will all want to join in...as we all know, Celebs know much more than the rest of us do regardless of background or education... Excessive gravity is a terrible thing and must be stopped in our lifetime, just say no to gravity......Doug
