Aluminum Thickness

Anything to do with mechanical, construction etc

Thanks guys! I appreciate all the help on what I think is going to be the most challenging part of this build,I have worked with steel panels before
but aluminum is going to be a new experience, I hope mine turns out as well as what I have seen here! ThankYou very much!!! Aaron

Steve we annealed some clear anodized trim with no problems...it is a bit trickier and you have to use either the soot or heat pencil methods but it will work...don't know about colored anodized though

I thought about using it but I thought it would craze too much. And it was really expensive. :money:

I think the colored anodizing would change colors. The head and tuned pipe on my R/C Monster Truck is anodized aluminum after awhile, it kinda turned dull almost faded looking.
