So I don't have one this year.... but will definitely have a good time !

The sites have a deck on them, not totally necessary but it is nice when thr ground is wet. Especially on the side near the lake. We didn't have a deck last time.

..well Nut...they are a nice adjunct to a nice campsite inna nice park...not needed but they are certainly nice...especially if a rain comes along...the fire rings at each site are located near the tables or just off from them....

p.s. by the way...are you implying that Td'er don't deserve the same amenities as the rolling palaces do :D ;)

p.s.s. on further thought...the 5th wheelers, et al, don't deserve or need a deck at all...they have the whole house withem already and RARELY venture outside, where the bugs, animals and Td'ers live...the decks MUST be for us.............MJ

Danny, like Jack said, the fire rings are on ground near the decks so there's plenty of room for chairs'n folks both on & off the deck. Never fear, we'll have a campfire one way or t'other

Mine had a deck, but I never even stepped on it--spent most the time with MJ and friends around their fire.

If you hate visiting with your fellow campers--you'll love your deck if you have one. But if you hate visiting with fellow campers--get a bigger trailer!

I think I figured it out. He was just po'd because we snagged all the best camping places and decks, and his deck was pretty small. It was just a case of deck envy.

You know what they say--big trailer, little deck. :R
