I wrapped up my overtime today... I got on to look at the messages, and there's hundreds of them... When am I going to have time to read them?

Yea, I notice there's a lot of people missing...

I don't spend much time here anymore either. It's the same old things discussed on my Paddling, and RAV4 message boards. Imus, cost of gas,the war ,the government, etc, and it gets old after a while. I check out the gatherings sections, for sale section, and new build pictures, in & out in 5 minutes. Maybe the old timers feel the same way? I do however, reccommend this board to anyone wanting to build,or think about owning a teardrop. We have our set up,not much new needed,so I don't come here near as often.

Thats why I recommend you build a new teardrop every year or two. It keeps things interesting! 8)

I'm still here. I haven't really done much this past winter, just too cold in my shop. I got back to work on the TD about a month ago. I finally found a small air conditioner and got that installed and working on the inside cabinets, rear battery compartment and other galley stuff. The past 2 weeks my ISP connection has been really bad so I haven't uploaded any pictures, I called the phone company last thursday and they got it fixed for now. I live way out in the sticks in the mountains so I only have dial up. I'll try to upload some new pics tonight when I get home.

Yeah, I was thinking of him today. Also, GreenHornet...... he has a cool CabinCar build. He built it and kind of drifted away.

Cablerunners hasn't posted in 5 months. He came to see my tear and in weeks he seemed half done. Now nothing.

I'm still here just not much to say, there are alot of talkative people here now and thats great. I must say that my main reason for stepping back has been the politics. perfectly good joke and weather talk threads have eroded into unpleasant political talk very quickly. It is really only brought out by a few, but I don't come here for that. I will try and pipe in on the dutch oven stuff I can't see how that can become a political problem both parties like peach cobbler!
