Looks like a goldmine of info here. I have the plans and frame to start a "Mini Camping Trailer". Not a teardrop, but that is in the future.

Hey Gdog,

Welcome to the forum... mini camping trailer. Isn't that the thingie with the kitchen on one side and the bathroom on the other? If so... read the next paragraph...

Build a teardrop instead. I think you'll be happier with it. Need plans? They are up there in the menu under "Generic Benroy Plans" And they are free! Wow, what are you waiting for? :roll: :o 8) :lol:

Mike, thanks for the info. I want to get something going to camp with this summer. Mainly it will be a trailer to haul my tent and a galley area. I don't plan on putting the shower in it, but I might stow a porta potti in there for tough times.

The fastest building trailer I know is a Weekender. You can build the chassis in one weekend, the trailer in the second weekend, and paint it the third weekend.

Of course, extras will cost you more time. Last time I looked, the weekender was here:
