I am resurecting this 07 checklist put together by MikeB for
a couple of reasons.
One: I am feeling stupid reinventing my own checklist every
gathering.
Two: Kicking my own ass for not starting a camping journal
of some sorts to document what we chose food wise and
what equipment we packed.

This one is in the excel format and easily edited.
I guess it is true as you get older you get wiser
( or just too damn lazy to keep reinventing the wheel )
As to the journal this might be a good place to make
notes after the outing as to what was taken along
that was never even used and what you found
almost indispensable.
What food ya burnt and why !
How the raccoons actually got in your cooler
Just little random thoughts that might be of value
on your future outings.
This is the end of our 4th season as teardrop campers
and I can not believe it took me this long to see the
value in this little effort. The time I have wasted rewritting
and rewritting lists could have been better utilized in making
the journal entries. This final fall outing with the Hoosier
Tearjerkers will be the first documented entry in my
new camping journal.
