2nd ITG Dutch oven workshop

Jack Jacobson and I plan on doing another Dutch oven workshop at the ITG. We will supply booklets to attendees, just like last time. Except there are more recipes in it this time.

You don't need to bring anything to the workshop - just yourself and an (optional) chair.

Jack and I are trying to decide what to cook as a demo. I don't want to do rolls again, so I thought maybe biscuits and gravy, but I welcome any suggestions. Keep in mind that the demo will most likely be held in the morning.

I hope everyone can attend, and I look forward to seeing all of you again.

Glad to hear that another book is in the offing. My book, along with my directory dissapeared off of the bed in my teardrop during the gathering...

I have cooked dinner for the past three nights using Dutch Ovens. Working on recipies that can be used at home as well as camping.

By not bringing one I meant alarm clock, but the 8:30 really isn't bad I get up at 3:45 a.m. every morning for work so that will be like sleeping in for me

8:30 am isn't too early but we won't be arriving in minden until noon on friday. we are making a detour through kansas. is there a way to reserve a book from mike? alan took his last dutchoven workshop in minden and loved all the info that was given.
also, i must of missed where all the info is at which times all the workshops will be. can someone guide me to that spot??????
