Darlington today

Should be an interesting race today. Green track, plenty of rain yesterday, everybody setup to run at night. Could be a rough first 50 laps!

I'm looking forward to it Rich..next to Talladega, it's one of my favorites...I should be shooting clear in the garage about that time, and I'll have it on, so what if the overspray gets sucked onto the screen...Doug

I always look forward to Talladega too.. Don't worry it's clear, you'll be able to see thru it anyway. Might just give a little more depth to the picture!!

How'd the compressor mount up? Any trouble? Had to crash early the other night for an early morning and it didn't matter anyway, couldn't do anything till 9:30. :x
Figure out the unloader or wasn't it necessary?

the deal on the compressor was.....got it, mounted it all up, had to get a new motor pully, fired it up, really quiet, unfortunately it wouldn't even keep up with my detail gun...trailer was masked and papered off, temps were perfect...went to Home Depot, got a new commercial account so I got 15% off and bought one...dragged it home, 60 gal. unloaded it, made the connections and was painting in 2 hours...any one want to buy a brand new Chinese 2 cyl compressor pump?...I don't think I can send it back as it did make some air, just enough for me to put some overspray in the air and tint the pump with paint...I am going to take the tank and connect it to the new one...120gal storage for air, and save the motor 5 HP...I'll try to sell the pump locally...Oh and the unloader was built it, thanks for the education. Doug

I was hopin Hamlin could get him but it didn't happen.
All in all it was a pretty mild race compared to the Busch race on Friday.
Lotsa racin but not much wreckin'!!

Looks like Jr. lost 100 points for the unapproved hardware.
