Loader's winning recipe

I tried out Loader's winning recipe tonight. It was a big hit with the family. Here is a pic of the finished product. Thanks for the great recipe Earl.

Hmmmmm seems like you have some kind of animal pelt as a placemat, this begs the question....... what the heck kinda meat is THAT?
