Hi Darla!

It's great to see another lady builder here. We have a pretty active bunch of lady builders and we have turned out some great trailers. We certainly keep the guys on their toes.

I have a queen size mattress in my trailer and it's a joy. It makes for a wide trailer, but that also translates into more room in the galley. I have an extensive web site with lots of build pictures, so you may want to take a look there as well.

I look forward to seeing pictures of your build. Oh, you aren't a teardrop Wannabe, you are a teardrop Gunnabe!

Darla, so you bought it already!? Congrats!

And Tammy, you got the one with 12" wheels, correct? And they gave you the title?
Here we go again!

Darla did they tell you it was the last day also? I was going to call my cousins in Milwaukee to go grab me one. Thanks to Tom at the Cooler by the Lake gathering and his suggestions of pulling a smaller tear behind my bigger tear for the kids.

Yes Ira I got the title when I purchased the trailer. It does have 12" wheels. Hopefully I'll get it all together this weekend then the building begins. :worship:

I purchased this trailer also. Got mine from tractor supply, same manufacturer, same price. I was a little concerned with the tongue, as it was only bolted to the front rail and to the 1st cross rail. It seemed pretty flimsy when I would stand on it. I added an "A" frame and lengthened the tongue 10" as my profile will be just over 9' long. The "A" frame braces made it all allot more solid plus gives me a support for a tongue box. I bolted floor framing (2x2's) directly to the angle frame then added the plywood floor. Pictures are posted in my "album".

Joanne - I looked through your album - nice pictures of that Desest Dawg!! I've got a long way to go. Baby steps for now :)

elmo - I really got conflicting info on when the sale ends for sure - Call them and ask about it. Also if the price is at 319.99 tell them that you would the sale price from the Houston stores of 299.99. That's what I did.

DBizer - I looked at your photo album as you said I should do. I see what you did. Nice job from the looks of the pictures. You didn't add paint to it did you? I think I will leave the one I'm doing with the factory built tongue and see what it does, but I will be sure to keep watch on it.
