Is there any chance we can come at the last minute? Right now we can't confirm but would love to come if things work out. I guess we could park down the road and bring our chairs and just hang around, huh?

Grani, I would havvta say...comeon down...there were empty sites last year...maybe we can fill 'em all this year...the campgrounds(heavily wooded) are located on a single lane, one way, loop road so no matter the site, you will still be in the same area/loop...all the sites are nice, have water and full power (15,30,50amp) and most, now have decks along with a pik-a-nic table and fire ring...so plan on coming ...and doso.............

Well we've made the plunge, my inlaws and some friends of ours have reserved sites 15,17,19 and 20. Although I will be the only one with a teardrop they enjoy gatherings like this as well. The only challenge is to finish the tear before then. :worship: We are close to skinning it now and should have no problem finishing it enough to go to LCG. I just want to say thank you for all your excellent advice to come. See you in OCT. ;)

In looking at the "map" I have a long stumble, I mean walk, from the party site.... will someone be on gator patrol for those of us who may have blured vision after the "festivities" or at least a "shuttle" back to the south 40?

It's not a very far stumble to any camping sites from the party area. And there were enough fire sites going that even if you couldn't make it back to your own campsite, you didn't have to walk far to find friends. The whole loop can be walked in about five minutes.

You're gonna have fun. Get excited. Get ready.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

Naw Keith, the gators are just like the rest of us....... they only eat what they need. C'mon, you've got two of everything........ if you loose one, there's another to back you up...... except your skull. Might want to keep that one   !!!
