Finland v Belgium

Does anyone else have Fox Soccer Channel? Right now 10AM PT, Finland is playing Belgium in a Euro 2008 Qualifing soccer match.

I am sure Heikki would love your support for the Fins.


To make it even more fun, the game has just been delayed as a very large owl has decide to land on the Belgium goal. Now the owl has just made sweep of the stadium and landed on the other goal.
I don't think the Fin's are called the Owls.

Finland is leading 1-0 yupper .. so far so good .. Finland isnt very good in soccer..in my opinion..

But thanks folks for cheering for us... I didnt hear about the Owl though..But maybe a friendly seagull went and bombed the goalie..

Ok just on the News. my son also told me about the Owl surprising everyone including the referees by flying onto the Goal and stopping the game. I guess there was some real laughter going on..

I was outside building the tear so I wasnt paying attention to the game.
Now that is funny .. It dont happen too often ...

The "Huuhkaja" as its called in Finnish is Europes biggest species of owls..

Now back to getting layers of 50 yr old paint off my trailer bumper and tongue.
Football (soccer) is more fun and next up in 15 minutes is Liechtenstein v Spain.
This should be like your best high school team playing Da Bears but what is a body to do when the EPL is done until August

Belgium is another European Country that's close to France (I think)

That's the right way to stay - not knowing about Belgium is a good thing!

Racism and zenophobia (hating foreigners) are definitely 'out' in Yurp, but taking the piss out of the Belgians is still an entirely acceptable sport.....

The defintion of Belgium or Belgian is Beer and Chocolate.. Ohh and I forgot to mention Waffles..not much else really is there ?

Oh and it has now been proven that they are afraid of Owls.. Belgian press stated that they lost due to the interference of the Owl.. and their game was a total catastrophe after its departure..
