Don't sell yourself short. I think it looks great.

Kerry and Jim, Thank you so much for the kind words. I should show this picture cause it shows the joint everyone was so worried about.

I tried to match it up, left a little over and sanded it to fit. Same for the top edge. It is held up with some 3/4 brads long enough to sand. Oh and I used a hand miter box to make the cut.

Looks good to me.
Plus when its all done, what people will see is the overall trailer & be amazed you built it. Now one will go around with a magnifying glass.
So what small flaws there are & what you would have liked done better, no one will know but you.
And after you start using it, you probably won't be thinking about it anyway.
Plus like Doug Hodder posted in driving to the DMV, he already got some rock chips in his fenders. Things happen.
So be proud of what you have done. :applause: :applause: :applause:

I remember the mad dash to make it to a gathering. Takes away a little of the fun, but it sure help with motivation.

For me the nit-pickin little details are never fun. I am begining to hate varnish and sanding. The best part was getting that hatch done and the cabinets, and the framing and the sides and ...... ;)

  Yah, I know what you mean there!! I still have some 'nit-picking' details that I have not done for the last 2 years!!! :o

Your build is really looking good. Can hardly wait to see the finished product.

Your welcome, but I will have to settle for the pictures. At least for now, anyway.

Don't sweat the details yet. Get the door on and seal it up so you can head out to Minden. And remember pictures for those of us who can't make it.
