I saw something about those fish on TV. They are an Asian Carp so not good to eat for most people. They are a nuisance since they run off the good eat fish.
I believe this is in the Midwest somewhere, maybe close to Chicago.

You know they had fun and everyone got slammed.

I saw something similar to this recently where you would go out with baseball bats and club the fish silly. Let me check tomorrow... (the guy had it on his wall at work).

I guess those guys wouldn't find shooting at water skiers a challenge at all . . .
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Silver Carp clicky
Invasive fish

Imagehe
silver carp is also called The flying carp for its tendency to
leap from the water when startled. They can grow to over 40 lb., and can
leap 10 ft. in the air. Many boaters traveling in uncovered high-speed
watercraft have been injured by running into the fish while at speed.

The silver carp (Hypophthalmichthys molitrix) is a species of freshwater cyprinid fish,
a variety of Asian carp native to north and northeast Asia. It is cultivated in
China for food but was introduced to North America in the 1970s to control
algae growth in aquaculture and municipal wastewater treatment facilities.
They escaped from captivity[1] soon after their importation.

Steve, thanks for the lesson on silver carp. It was very interesting. I just couldn't believe my eyes so I had to watch the video again.
