Paris Hilton Must Be Stopped

Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Gage:

The caption after re looking @ the CNN news picture, says:
"Paris Hilton arrives for the hearing."

I guess the end result is that coming or going to or from the court house.... she is
going to pay for the transgression she has perpetrated on society, to the joy
of many who feel justice will make its mark on her as it would anyone of
us in normal circumstances.

She has definitely made future dealings with people in the enforcement of her
sentence more strict to be sure. Not knowing if she has to go through the
same after classes and probation for months on end like most DUI people do.
She has many rude awakenings to come, before her mind will be free.
"A man who is good enough to shed his blood for his country
is good enough to be given a square deal afterwards." -------Theodore Roosevelt

I am not wanting her head onna pike...BUT, she does need to pay the price...just like any of the rest of us would havvta do...like the MAN sez...if you can't do the time, don't do the crime...in her "anybodies fault but mine" world, maybe a little time will make her realize that there are real world consequences for our actions...but probably not......

She is going to have a hard time in jail. but it is not life threatening to her if the authorities do watch over her closely. She does deserve to be protected in there, like anyone else would be. And because of who she is it is going to harder on her guards then other inmates.
She is rich and spoiled.....And takes full advantage of that. But it was the American public that has worshiped her and gave her feelings of entitlements.
But let's punish her for the crime she committed, not for being rich.

Doesn't matter. This thread is in the 'OFF TOPIC' section and as per the rules established, any thing goes as long as it does not pertain to sex, religion or politics. But not necessarily in that order.

...a clarification...sex, religion and politics are allowed...as long as you don't fight, argue in a malicious fashion or disparage others beliefs...if you can do that in posting on S,R,P then by all means, knock yourselves out...BUT BEWARE of that oh so fine line......

Think she is paying the penalty now.
This is the picture of her being taken away in a cruiser.

Hope the justice this picture represents, pleases those that wanted her head on a pike.

Steve, I just wasn't going to do this but you forced me. Why is it that "pretty girls" get to do as they please and everyone cares if they cry. Driving drunk is bad---getting caught and ignoring it thumbs the nose at the law and the rest of us.

Sorry, no pity. If you did that I wouldn't pity you. Why should I pity a grown woman.

I also think the reality is the average person in a mess like this with their picture in the paper or on T.V. being taken away in a police car, would feel terrible shame & embarrassment. For the privileged "pretty girls" as Miriam calls her, I think the attitude is more that they being mean to me.
