Hey Todah and Friends,
I wanted to let you all know that we have had a change in vacation plans. Both of our sons have enformed us that they would like for our family to go to our favorite camping place in Wyoming. This is a golden opportunity to spend time with sons. WIth all the busyness that teenagers can get going, it has been impossible to get them together for a trip like thisfor 3 or 4 years. We will miss being with you all and you will be in our thoughts while you are up there. Thanks anyway for the invite! My the Lord less y'all!
Phil and Donna Lock
:) :) :)

PS my son will be returning home from a mission trip with Campus Crusade for Christ in Tahiland. Then He will then go to Wyoming with us!

I hope the Lock family has a WONDERFUL vacation in Wyoming.

Our girls (19 and almost 23) don't care to vacation with us these days.
The oldest is taking what she calls her "first, real, vacation" in a couple of weeks. She is flying alone (first time to fly) to Spokane Washington to visit her boyfriend who is ther working for the summer.

Hopefully the girls and I can make it in one of the teardrops to Kemah sometime this summer.

It doesn't look like Charles and I will get to go to Petit Jean either. He said the "slide out" won't be finished in time.

No problem Pat. A few others have requested one. I may have to ship them all to one person who is going to Pettit Jean the recipients can split the shipping cost.

Hey Todah,

I'm planning to go to Petit Jean so if you need me to take some plaques, I can. We can meet somewhere. I have been really careful with the ones you gave me to take to Minden, haven't even opened the box to look at them. We won't be getting to Minden until late Thursday night so I might not find everyone until Fri. morning. Wish you were going to be there.

* Thanks Woody. I'll let you know, 'cause that would be a great help.

** Okay gang, I just want to let you know a few things ahead of time. In an effort to try and weather-proof the wording, I used an "alleged" clear sealer...which did not dry clear. As a result, the plaques have a flat finish. I ran a little short of time in order to get them to Woodie on Saturday, so I did not paint the wheel or windows (I figure that the window will have your pictures in it.) If I am at a gathering and you have your plaque, I would be more than happy to change the tire on your Tear (That is, paint the tire on your tire plaque - no prob at all.)

Also, I forgot to put the "s" brackets in the box that I gave to Woodie and Tammy, so you will have to use a light-weight wire, string, or ribbon to hang yours.

I was able to paint the tires on the ones that have been requested for Petitte though. The plaques will only be $10 (I'll need to PM the Site Coordinator to see if they want me to move this thread since it involves money.) I may set up a PayPal account to make it simple for everyone.

Here's the a look at what each will be getting.
