I didn't build mine--bought it from one of the many masters on this site. You can see the build journal at

I put my nephew who is 6'2" in it and he didn't have an inch to spare in length. You would need at least 8 to 12 inches longer to fit.

My initial design has about 6'10" in the cabin for me to stretch out in! That should hopefully be enough. I'd like to get in touch with you and see your TD...maybe sometime after Father's Day? I'm sure you stay busy just like everyone else, but we can probably work out something!
