..lets see...HMS has won 10 of the 14 races this year...including ALL of the C.O.T. races...so the Great Swamy of the Orb has a no-brainer...don't bet against HMS any time soon...especially since it appears that Jeffie has renewed his deal with the devil...I mean didja see the race with all the steam coming outta his car...afterall HELL is HOT and Jeffie has been driving likka possessed man onna mission........

I think the Big Guy upstairs is disgruntled at what a circus it's all turned into...
I think the last race I was able to watch was Dega???
All the other races I tried to watch were rained out or delayed and I missed them when they finally happened.
Oh wait... I got to watch my Directv DVR recording of the Coke 600, but the %#$*&@#%& thing stopped recording with 58 laps to go.

How many of you are Jr. fans that HATE Gordon? I have a budy that can not stand Gordon so I have been giving him @#$& the past couple days about Jr being Gordons team mate. He wouldn't believe it was going to happen right up until the point that it came out of Jr's mouth. He says now he has to find something to do on sundays next year. I think that's crazy. If Jr is OK with it then Jr fans should be. I'm a 31 fan, being a Cingular - the New AT&T employee 8) .

Ha! Same here! I had to record the repeat on the following Thursday and avoid all accidental internet NASCAR exposure until I got home to watch it 4 days late.

To remedy that, the following weekend I upgraded to a 2 tuner DVR that has the nifty feature that it will record up to 90 minutes beyond if a program is extended. It only raised my DISH bill by $5/mo. With the dual tuner, I'm also able to have less recording conflicts with all the other shows I record and can still watch a program while two more are recording. I regret not having done it sooner.

tell your buddy, that while they may have the same owner, they are on different teams(my rationalization) and when it comes to the end it won't matter who owns the car but who is driving the car...I just hope Hendrick can work a deal with DEI and Bud so JR can keep driving the red #8 Bud car......

Whenever I record a show that may run long, I record the show afterwards too.

MJ, I hope so too.

I bought tickets for my dad, uncle, and I to go to Darlington back in May. We waited forever, but they finally cancelled the race and deicided to have it that Sunday at 1pm. Fortunately, I was able to take an extra day off to enjoy the race. There's no way I was driving back from SC to KY and then going to work at 8am on Monday! That's lunacy!

I want to share something with you: The three little sentences that will get you through life. Number 1: Cover for me. Number 2: Oh, good idea, Boss! Number 3: It was like that when I got here.
