Stephen And The Whale

Postby Tallguy3578 » Wed Jun 20, 2007 7:58 am

Here's a picture (not of a TD) of my son with his "award winning" rainbow trout that he caught three weeks ago on our camping trip to Wolf Creek. This is also the weekend that I was introduced to the joys of the Tear. Just something for the picture junkies, plus I'm kinda proud of him. He's already a fisherman, every time you ask about his fish, it gets bigger and bigger! :)

Every year, first weekend in June, the Department of Fish and Wildlife has a free fishing weekend here in KY. We go down to Wolf Creek Dam that weekend and take Stephen to the "Fishing Derby." This is the second year that he has been and he had a blast! The National Fish Hatchery is located by the dam, it's really quite interesting.

During the September Arizona Round Up Gathering they have free fishing on Saturday, and this year it's going to be there 50th year celebration.

Ah, there's Ira! I expected that from you. The fact is, the whole pixel restriction on this forum limits me from posting my fish!!!

I had one or two fish, in my defense, but I wasn't near as proud as I was of Stephen's!
