Hey John... I think maybe just some nice molding, mitered corners, like a picture frame would look good... Maybe not this fancy, but you can get the idea? You could also glue some little return strips of wood to fill the gap around the sides, if any... before you attach the frame. Jus my .02 anyway. ;)

Epoxy....... Then maybe auto clearcoat. Depends how many cases of beer the Auto guy wants. 8)

John, Here's the pictures I promised.

I used hemlock screen trim. It sticks out about 1/4" from the door skin. I just glued it in place.

My windows look EXACTLY like John's. I figure that curtains will hide it.....when I get around to making them. I did buy some curtain track at Camping World a couple weeks ago.
