But we have to break this filibuster. If we don't before anyone realizes we'll be gerrymandering or worse.

Although I can't think of anything worse than gerrymandering.

A severe and able Federal Judge, Issac Parker was nicknamed "The Hanging Judge" because of the many men he sent to the gallows. He became judge at Fort Smith in May of 1875.
During his 21 years on the bench at Fort Smith, Judge Parker sentenced 160 men to die and hanged 79 of them.
