Fender on - progress pictures added

I have mounted a fender. WoooHooo!!

Now, I wish I had not, because I need it off for a template to make the trim that goes around it. :(

I did not put spacers between it and the sidewall, I put this stuff on it though. It is kinda cool, it is flexible but has hardened and water proof to keep it dry in between.

Now, I just have to figure out how to make the trim.... :scratchthinking: :scratchthinking:

Mary K, that is looking sweet. You are becoming a master carpenter or something. :applause:

That PL stuff is really good. I'm using NP on my gaps between the fenders and walls. Just about the same stuff. Flexible and durable.

WOW! :o
MaryK Your tear is looking so PURDY!!! I'm so proud of you! And you did it all by your self!!!! Our Tear has been hard work but it has been both Paul and I...I can't imagine you working on it by your self. How do you hold things when you are glueing and screwing??? Well, you know what I mean!!

WOW!!! THANKS EVERYONE!!!

Even Mike dropped in  Coolbeans. :D

Madjack, that idea popped into my head on the way home from work. Now, off to find some cardboard

Lynn, I work better by myself, mostly, but my Dad has helped a lot and my "roommate" has given me a hand when one is needed to hold something. But I do often have cussing fits. The meds can only work so much :wacky

Heikki, I just got home from woik and I am now woikin on the Tear. Plan to be on the carport all weekend

Dooner Master carpenter? Thanks but, NOPE  It's called "Belt Sander" greatest envention e v e r m a d e!!!! ;)
