good morning y'all.
Mike if he had a long red beard, other than that he would represent me well. Oh yeah no wife, much less beautiful and blond.

I thought I'd jump in this morn and say that y'all need to get a life, then I remembered that i spent about 3 hours last night reading this whole long ridiculous absurd and silly thread!! :? :?

So i guess I'd have to include myself in those who need a life! Here it is Sun morn and this is the first thing I look for. I guess i've jumped aboard...

sad. sad. sad.

Sue, I have so little life and I felt bad about passing the avatar thread. So by my admittedly rough count I discovered that thread has had 81 different post(ers) and nearly 3 times as many visitors, while this thread has had only 49 different post(ers). That thread has always been trying to do something good  (In that spirit I wll attempt to find a picture), while this thread is mainly about wasting time in good fun  to quote Seinfeld "not that theres anything wrong with that"

It is still morning here. I do not feel so bad as I am about to start my day. Since I quit drinking, I have not had a hangover, funny how that works.

del

ps I am not saying drinking is a bad thing, just it is for me.

Sunday morning (afternoon for you east coasters)...been sanding the the side of the SlumberMAX and I can faithfully report that Roly's instructions for belt sanding are correct... the power cord will get sucked up into the belt if you don't pay attention!!!! I have also found that if you hang around enough sanding dust...you will sneeze, have a runny nose, eyes will itch, the filter on the furnace will clog, the dog will have a reaction that only your wife and a $100 vet bill will solve, it will rain outside (all day), your breakfast will burn, and...of course...a neighbor will come over and drop a fresh 10 lb. filet of Alaska Halibut on your doorstep after an overnight on the Inside Passage!!!

 Well been there done that, only the vet bill was $279 and the poor baby was overnight in the hospital this past week. Breakfast never burns and my neighbor didn't drop no Halibbut on my door step. If the breakfast had burned would I have gotten the fish??? I love fish. :)

Oh yeah the dog, Penny, was in the hospital.

Mary K.

Believe it or not, we discussed naming her tripod when we got her, but Miriam thought that was cruel. So, her fur, as a pup, was the color of a bright copper penny and so she became Penny. She actually suffered a heat stroke, caused by an adverse reaction to her flea medication, combined with the high temps we have been having in the area. When we got in to see the vet, her temp was 106.4 degrees F. They stuck her in an icewater bath and said if she had been an old dog she most likely would have died. But she stayed the night on an IV and has been on antibiotics for a week and the vet says that everything is o.k.
