Peggy... The straight pieces were easy. The curves..... :? . I'm lousy with angles, so it was a case of cut and fit... cut and fit... cut and... OH CRAP..... Cut and fit........

Heikki,

Its done with a special bit that goes in a drill press called a plug cutter.

See one here.

John,
It looks really great. I like the slumbercoach profile too.

Maybe Mary K is busy working every free minute she has.
I haven't seen too many posts from her of late.

John, The trailer looks great! One question though, do they only require 3 lug nuts up there?

You must have beaten Mary into submission since she hasn't replied.

 I just got tired of taking all five off every time I took the tire off. If I ever find the rest, I'll put them back on when I'm done. :R

Not sure, but I think it's 8'6"x5' wide. Every once in a while I wish I made it about 10' long, but when i had the trailer made I had an 8x5 size in mind. The only problem I foresee with it being 5' wide is getting it out of the backyard with the fenders on..........

:duh: How the heck did I miss this post. :fb Sorry John. Auntie M had to point me to it... :embarassed: (Thanks M)

John... WOW....SPECTACULAR!!! That is so FREAKING COOL!! I love that profile. The wood work is amazing. :clapping hands:

John, we are neck and neck I think. I have 4 more pieces on one side, and the top trim to do... But I have not glued any of it down yet...so...Oh yea, I haven't even started my doors yet. :R So you are beating me.... Ooooo... Spanky Time...YEAH!!!
